Who Runs this Joint?

Glad you asked! My name is Dan Sinnett and I am the Owner of Gameday Toss. I, along with my wife, have been playing the game of cornhole for about 15 years. I was first introduced to cornhole at a 4th of July party when I was still in high school. They had a tournament with a $0.25 buy in per player and winner takes all. Teams were drawn at random and it was the most fun I had ever had at a backyard party. That party was just the begining.

The next weekend I built my own set of cornhole boards out of some 2×4′s and scrap plywood and made some simple cotton bags filled with popcorn. 15 years later I still have that set and they still play as well as the day they were built.

As time went on I would build sets for family and friends. We started to get referrals from friends for others who were bit by the corn toss bug and wanted their own set. I guess you could call this the birth of Gameday Toss. We kept on building sets for those who were referred to us for a few years and then decided to open a store online to expand our customer base.

In 2006 we launched www.gamedaytoss.com and were met with immediate success. Orders were coming in faster than we ever imagined and it has kept us busy ever since.

My wife and I still play every chance we get though not as much as we would wish. In my mind, cornhole is one of the best and most accessible social games there is. Anyone of any age or ability can play and have a blast. That is what drives us to continue to promote the game and offer high quality products.
